Previous repair company was a joke and charged me for absolutely nothing. Didn’t fix the issue, charged me $175 dollars called the next day to tell them problem was not fixed basically told me to go fly a kite. Your company adjusted the alignment of the sensors, took him 5 minutes and charged me just the service fee. The tech put in different latches for the sensors. He was also very kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend your company and the tech to anyone.

Precision Garage Door in Sonoma is a great business! Raymond arrived on time and thoroughly checked out our 17-year-old operator that had been "ghosting" open and closed on its own. He correctly identified a bad circuit board and recommended replacing the unit. He gave us two options, explained the pros and cons and had the parts on-hand to do what we wanted. We now have a quiet, smooth-running garage door with a lifetime warranty on the motor and belt-drive (the parts that wear out most often) with plenty of very cool modern features (battery back-up, camera, Wi-Fi control, etc.) at a very attractive price. On-time, under-budget, superior performance!

I highly recommend this company. They sent out an email with a picture of the technician coming to my home with a brief description of his experience. Raymond called before his arrival so I could expect him. He was courteous and very professional. My garage door was a wreck when he and his trainee got there but within an hour they had a new spring installed and stopped all the loud noises my door had been making.
