What an absolutely horrid experience. Some, SOME, could be explained by the pandemic and supply constraints but much does not. Communication is abysmal. The three months from order and install required me to call for updates. The additional 3 months after some parts came in damaged or missing also required frequent emails initiated by me to get any update. Even when I emailed and saw the email get forward to another department, that department didn’t respond to the emails. A missing part was never communicated to the second install crew and they had to have the part delivered to the site for install by another crew. Your company’s communication is pathetic. Your install crews are awesome, professional, courteous, and do an amazing job. The shipping times, wait times, communication, handling of shipped items, checking all parts prior to loading on the truck for install are all lacking and need improvement. As it is now, I would never recommend your company.

I chose Precision as they had serviced and repaired my garage door at my secondary residence a few months ago and did a great job. Called them on my primary residence as motor went out and Pedro (the technician) did a great job on the installation and was very personable and professional on the install. Highly recommend!

The original person who came out was late the first day, the second day he called at 3:30 (was supposed to be at my home between 12:00 and 4:00) to say his guy with the motor at a flat tire and he needed to cancel and said he would be there first thing at 8:00 AM. The next morning I called the office and told the supervisor that his workman wasn't at my home yet and I would be going with another company. He asked for one more chance and he would lower the price from $978 for the motor to $875. I told him it wasn't about the money. He explained he wanted another chance. So I gave the company another chance. Big mistake. The next workman up sold me and said I needed new rollers. Anyway the total was $1239. I was charged $45 for the second remote. Plus, I asked for a hard copy mailed receipt sent to my address. That was on June 22, 2021. Now it is July 1st, 2021. No receipt. To make matters worse I sent three emails requesting a hard copy receipt for my records since I don't want and/or have a computer at my home. After I sent my 3rd email some person called and asked how was everything. I told her not good since she sent me another email receipt when I requested for the 3rd time a hard copy receipt. She said she had sent me a hard copy receipt just that morning. Wow, why didn't she tell me that in the email. In summary, products are overpriced, service is awful, follow-up requests are ignored and now you want me to send a review. Well if there was a negative 5 that would be my rating. The only good thing is the garage door is quieter. My motor was working just fine. My old remote was broken and the original workman said they have to replace the motor because my remote was outdated and not compatible to any motor.

All was good. Fast service, professional technician. The only complaint is the cost, very pricey compared to other companies. Was charged $665.00 and when I checked with another company they rated me $169.89 for a new spring labor and part but my husband already gave the approval to Precision technician and already started his work.

I called for an estimate and the woman on the phone said between 99 and $149 to replace a single spring on a single car garage door. Rudy the technician came out and quoted me between three and $500. At that point I told them thanks but no thanks. Now I remember why we don’t use precision garage door.

Had my new opener in stall last night works like a charm. The serviceman knew what he was doing for sure. He not only put on my new opener but he also serviced the springs and rollers. Balled off all the trash and old parts. Second time I used this company and very happy!

The technician arrived within hours of my call that a spring broke and our door was stuck shut. He was professional and gave us options and we even chose to replace the opener at the same time. The door works great and is so much quieter than the old opener that we don’t even hear it open from inside the house like we did before. I liked that he came prepared to handle whatever problem we had with our door and he could come out the same day.
