We starting getting a beeping alert sound from our recently (under a year old) garage door on a Saturday. The sound grew louder & more frequent the next day so we started researching online. By that Sunday night we were able to chat with a Precision Door rep who thought the sound was related to a battery backup. A service visit was scheduled for the next day. By early Monday afternoon tech Ethan Guenther was dispatched and was quickly able to determine the problem was with the battery backup and he replaced the battery. Ethan was able to explain the situation (rare case where battery was a failure), fix it and determined it under warranty, thus no charges for the battery or service call. Ethan's service knowledge and friendly attitude made this a quickly resolved issue. Much appreciated!

Waiting for new doors we ordered a few days ago, the garage opener failed to work properly after going out for dinner which left side of door fell and remained uneven. I called and set up an appointment for next morning. It was quickly adjusted, reset to not open fully, to avoid taxing the opener and having the issue happen again. We appreciated Justin coming back, explaining the issues, and taking care of them. I cant wait until our new comes in 3-4 weeks. (Oversized height/width)

Ethan was the technician that replaced an antiquated garage door opener and rollers with new ones. The new opener and rollers really reduced the overall sound and improved garage door opening performance. Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional during this process. He worked with us on pricing and provided training on the new operation of the opener. There was no waste or cleanup required after the project was completed. The old system was safely removed and disposed of by Ethan. I confidently recommend Precision to others and will use Precision for future projects.

People were great. Unfortunately it took 2 months and 4 visits to install two garage doors. Wrong parts, ordering and warehouse issues, missing parts. I had to keep calling and following up in order to keep the install alive. Two months of opening our garage doors manually. It’s unclear where the breakdown occurred, but logistics and customer service seem to be a challenge for Precision. A series of mis-unfortunate events.

Mr. Sayers The only thing worse than getting a bad review is having earned that type of review. Unfortunately, in your case we did earn a poor review. We had a couple of bad months of receiving partial or incorrect orders from our door manufacture. The responsibility for bringing the incomplete doors to your house is 100% our fault. I have made several changes to our system to make sure that no one else faces the delay or frustration you have. We have changed the way we order doors, the way we check them in after receiving them and the people who do both of those things. I have also reached out to you to see if there is any way that I can make this bad situation any better. Feel free to call the office and ask to speak with the General Manager.
