Drew explained the problem clearly and provided us with three options for our consideration. I also appreciate the quick 24 hour service! He did a quick fix to allow the door to be used as necessary until our new door is installed. My only suggestion so far is I wish the new door would arrive sooner than the expected 4-6 weeks!

My appointment time was 8-10 this morning. After I called to talk to Angie she finally agreed to give me an afternoon time. Drew is super nice guy. The job took him five minutes but the opener is fixed! Your guys are very knowledgeable. It did not need a battery. I think he just wiggled his nose! But appreciate his kind personality.

We had been living with a "loud", poorly installed garage door from new construction. Precision came out quickly to assist with a different emergency, examined the noise problem, and we were able to have them come and re-install the door correctly based on type of opener we had. Terrific service. Precision got me on the schedule quickly and the technician, Sam, was awesome - friendly, professional, and helpful. He fixed the door opening issue then went on to lube the springs and other parts that needed it and provide coaching on when and how we should do it.

We starting getting a beeping alert sound from our recently (under a year old) garage door on a Saturday. The sound grew louder & more frequent the next day so we started researching online. By that Sunday night we were able to chat with a Precision Door rep who thought the sound was related to a battery backup. A service visit was scheduled for the next day. By early Monday afternoon tech Ethan Guenther was dispatched and was quickly able to determine the problem was with the battery backup and he replaced the battery. Ethan was able to explain the situation (rare case where battery was a failure), fix it and determined it under warranty, thus no charges for the battery or service call. Ethan's service knowledge and friendly attitude made this a quickly resolved issue. Much appreciated!
