People were great. Unfortunately it took 2 months and 4 visits to install two garage doors. Wrong parts, ordering and warehouse issues, missing parts. I had to keep calling and following up in order to keep the install alive. Two months of opening our garage doors manually. It’s unclear where the breakdown occurred, but logistics and customer service seem to be a challenge for Precision. A series of mis-unfortunate events.

Mr. Sayers The only thing worse than getting a bad review is having earned that type of review. Unfortunately, in your case we did earn a poor review. We had a couple of bad months of receiving partial or incorrect orders from our door manufacture. The responsibility for bringing the incomplete doors to your house is 100% our fault. I have made several changes to our system to make sure that no one else faces the delay or frustration you have. We have changed the way we order doors, the way we check them in after receiving them and the people who do both of those things. I have also reached out to you to see if there is any way that I can make this bad situation any better. Feel free to call the office and ask to speak with the General Manager.

Henry did an excellent job installing my new garage door. He went out of his way to ensure the door sealed properly. I initiated contact through online chat. Within 10 minutes, I had an appointment to have a tech come to my house the same day! My Tech, Anthony, showed up fast and was able to take measurements and get me the best deal for replacing my 30 to 40 year old garage door that was just hanging on by a thread. Within an hour of arrival, I got the best deal I could ever imagine and completed my order to include installation and removal of the old tired door! So far, I am extremely impressed and can only imagine that the installation and removal of my old door will be completed without a hitch! I would definitely recommend Precision for all your garage door needs! Thanks again and I look forward to when the door arrives and it is sitting pretty on my garage!

Our garage door stopped opening at 10 am on Friday . Evidently so did about 20 more in our area, because all appointments including standby were filled. My car was trapped inside because my husband and I are not physically able to lift the door. Monday was looking like our only option until I found Precision Door Service. They quickly gave us a time and Kevin kept in touch until his arrival. We are thrilled with the timely response and quality service that was delivered. Top shelf company.
