My Precision Door technician, Joe Baggett, arrived on time for my appointment and I could tell right away that he was in control of the problem with my garage door. Having an older door at my residence ( a dinosaur actually) did not bother Joe in the slightest ( even though I don’t believe that he works on many doors as old as mine). As Joe was working on my door, we chatted about different things, as he was a very nice person. He kept on task, even as we talked. I definitely had a good experience with Precision Door

The customer service agent heard my distress. He reached out to the local office and assured me that I would receive a call shortly.
