Great service - same day as call and garage is working again.

The man who came to fix my garage was wonderful. He explained to me what the issue was, what part was malfunctioning, and fixed it for me. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue with my garage door. Before he left he also explained to me things I could do to prevent further damage to any parts pertaining to my garage door in the future.

Chris was great! He explained everything to me and was super quick installing my garage door opener and other replacements that were needed for my garage door to work efficiently. I will definitely recommend your company to others. Thank you!

Chris Driver arrived @ the job site (my house) on time. He's a Professional & an Excellent Technician that made sure that everything worked as supposed to work.

We became acquainted with Precision Door three years ago when they serviced the garage doors on a house we had just purchased. They installed new garage door openers. This time a door was jerking. After checking the doors, the tech gave us several options, we decided to replace all the major moving parts on the garage door systems. We also have a garage door leading to the basement. The tech checked it out and recommended new rollers to reduce the noise. So yes, to all the questions above. PD met our expectations. A trained professional made a thorough inspection of the doors and gave us recommendations on how to deal with the issues. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about garage door operations. (BTW Your drop down menu for purchases doesn't allow one to check all the purchased items.)

And to relieve my concerns, as a precaution, he made adjustments to the settings, which I had not been told about from other technicians. I believe he relieved my fears of coming home again and finding my garage door opened on its own.

I backed into my garage door as it was opening, however wasn't all the way up so unfortunately I ran into the door with my vehicle. Stupid stupid - an expensive mistake. I called Precision and Josh came, we discussed what he would be able to do (without replacing entire door), plus I decided to get rollers replaced and some hinges too. Josh completed all work in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

Veteran, that came out to look at garage door was very friendly and knew his craft. He gave an accurate assessment of the condition of the old garage door. Worked on a plan of action. He took his time and did not rush to a conclusion. He then presented a plan to my wife and I. He did not pressure us into making a decision right away. He was prompt on each visit. When we decided we needed to replace our 40+ yr old doors and openers we called Precision based on our daughter’s recommendation. Joshua Walker was fabulous. I had Neighbors originally tell me that I needed to replace the entire garage door. Imagine how happy I was when Mr. Walker explained that all I needed was a new reinforcement bracket and a general maintenance. In addition, he encouraged me to use the garage door lubrication that I have purchased every six months before summer and before winter to help keep the garage door lubricated and in good working condition. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is my second experience with Precision.

I called Precision the morning after the coil spring broke on our garage opener. The person with whom I spoke promised that a technician would arrive between 10:00am and 2:00pm. By 11:10, MICHAEL OTTESEN had arrived. He was excellent, both in his communication with us about the repairs needed and in the way that he completed the work.

My service with David and Seth today was excellent. They were very helpful. My choices and the rationale were clearly explained, and the services were carried out efficiently.

Our Tech was great and vert thorough

Awful service. Seemed to be nice and helpful upfront, but tried to tell me I would need a whole new opener and rails for 1800. We got a second opinion on this and the other garage door company solved the problem in less than ten minutes only costing us $75. Thankful I didn’t go with this company’s advice.

Had the guys from Precision Door Service come to my home on 5-15-24 to install a new upgraded motor and belt drive system to reduce the noise from the original builder grade install. Guys were very professional and upfront with everything they were doing and I would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their garage doors. Big shout out to Ed Hesling & Chad Lahue for their professional approach and timely install.

The garage door was stuck and wouldn't go up. Dude came out and noted several major problems due to age and Florida heat. Note: is an insulated door and very heavy. Anyway, basically got a new motor, rails, and new springs and even tuned the car for opening. The best thing is that came out the next day and got it done. Very professional and the door is now very quite. I would use again.

The technician, James Magaard, did a terrific job for us. He was able to realign the safety light which had been the problem for the door. He did some other things to help us out like upgrading the codes on the switches. He is very pleasant, personable, and helpful.
