josh was very good on the repairs of my garage door. he answered all my questions whether they were stupid or not. I do a lot of my home repairs myself, but it would have taken a lot of time to get parts and repair it, but I had 2 cars stuck in the garage and needed it done fast and that's what josh did. I was happy that Precision was willing to repair our garage door (a broken spring) so late in the day. They explained the repair process and volunteered to point out other issues (deteriorated hardware such as pulleys, cables, etc) which we had them also address. After a burglar smashed through a glass pane on my garage door early in the morning, I called Precision Garage Door at 6am hoping for help. By 9am, they had a designer out to talk through options, ranging from repair to replacement. I wanted to replace the whole door with something more secure, and they showed me what they had in stock. By noon, the installer was on site, and by 2pm the new, more secure door was fully installed. Everyone I dealt with was professional, understanding, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better response or a smoother experience. Highly recommend!
