Precision Garage Door replaced my initial garage door opener back in 2004. That device worked fine until yesterday when the belt broke. Really impressed that it lasted for 18+ years without any maintenance. I also called on Precision in 2015 to fix problems I was having with the garage door railings. Very happy with that service, too. Finally, I called on them yesterday and they were able to come out on the next day to replace the Opener and to replace some of the old springs. The technician, Cameron, who performed the work was pleasant and professional. Each of my experiences with their staff have been exceptional. Highly recommend them to everyone need garage door maintenance.

Patrick and Max did a great job during the first severe winter weather event of the year. Working through snow/freezing rain conditions, they removed our 27 year old wood garage door and replaced it with a state of the art garage door. Both Patrick and Max were pleasant and professional throughout the challenging door replacement process. The appearance and quality of the new door was exceptional. Thanks to Suzanne for expediting our order during the pandemic.

What an outstanding job! I had a "regular" garage door opener and had the folks at Precision raise the height of the garage opener in preparation for a Car Lift to be installed. Also went with a Wall Mounted Opener from LiftMaster to eliminate the overhead opener. I gained almost 2 feet in ceiling height. They came out on a Sunday and gave me a quote. Today, 7/16, they returned and installed it. Gave me a great tutorial, along with all the particular functions, afterwards. I could not be happier with their Service and Attention to Detail. Kudos to the folks at Precision.….keep up the good work!

Bottomline Upfront: If you are concerned about a finding a high quality service provider that gives you exceptional value, expertise and service, with ZERO BS or upsell, stop looking and call these guys. From my phone call, to reviewing their website, to receiving an email with all of the details of my scheduled service call, to my exceptionally professional technician, Patrick, this company totally blew me away. I could not be happier with my service, my technician or this company. The specific service I had performed was replacing (proactively as nothing seemed wrong) my 9 year old springs. Patrick recommended an overhaul of the basic structure and again, I could not be happier with the price, work, or end result. I will never consider anyone but these pros for anything dealing with my garage door. Awesome, awesome service! Thank you!

I was completely pleased with the service. Mat did an outstanding job explaining what occurred to stop my garage door opener from working. He also explained what corrective actions he took and provided information as to the warranty for the work he conducted. He also provided me options in the future if my system did fail and I fully trust his opinion. He was not pushy and he seemed very honest to me. This was the second time we had garage door services performed at our home. Patrick came out the first time to repair our garage door in the house we were selling. He fixed the issue and the door worked flawlessly. The home we moved in afterwards eventually required garage door repair. On the phone with Precision to make an appointment, I was going to ask for Patrick to come back out again. I mentioned that he was the one that came out before for us. It was satisfying to hear the girl taking my information on the phone say that it was Patrick scheduled to serve us again. Great guy and extremely knowledgeable technician. I chose your company based on reviews I had read...I was happy with the follow up information you sent and confirmation of appointment...including information/picture of person who would handle the service call....Service tech was young but professional....cost of repair, though, was higher than we expected it to be....I chose to wait on having the work done so that I could call around to other companies....After doing so, and receiving same diagnosis of problem as I had received from your company, I opted to go with the other company as their estimate was a full 200 dollars cheaper than your company....they completed the work in a timely fashion and garage door has been operating well since then...the repair that was needed was to have a new garage door spring installed...the price your company quoted was 800.00...we had the work done by another company at the cost of 600.00.

We had two garage doors replaced on our home recently with two direct drive garage door openers. Matt the lead technician came to our home to take measurements and discuss with us the type of door we wanted as well as the type of opener we needed. We learned after the consultation that there may be an issue with the size of our openings and the garage doors we wanted; this required us to have a custom doors ordered. Tina kept us in the loop at all times regarding the schedule and availability of both the doors and the technicians. Matt came out to install both doors and the openers for us. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. He installed two doors and two direct drive openers, as well as educated us on preventative maintenance. Additionally, he quickly identified a defect in two of the panels and immediately worked to have them replaced Despite some miscommunications in the ordering process both Matt and Tina were extremely respectful and polite. We look forward to doing business with them again.
