I called at 8. They said they would arrive between 10-12. Dustin the tech called said he would be there at 1030. He came assessed the problems gave me quotes repaired the problems and I was gone by 1130. Very professional now I am getting quotes for their services where I work. I highly recommend ????

We called Precision in a pinch with our old garage tube, it was internal and it was broken. John Gallerano came right out and my husband and I came to the agreement we needed to just replace the old one with a new torsion and springs instead of having the old repaired. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speed of John. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get everything changed out and working within a matter of hours and at a lower rate than what the competition would have charged for the replacement. I would absolutely recommend John and Precision to anyone looking for updates, repairs, or replacements to their garage!

Had a garage door with 4-springs in which springs broke and the door would not open on a Friday afternoon. After calling around no PMone could help for 5-6 days. After searching online I found Precision Garage Door Openers and called them around 5:PM. To my surprise I received a call back telling me he would be coming to my house in 1-hour at 6:30 PM. John with Precision Garage Door Openers came, found the problem, worked up an estimate which was very fair late on a Friday afternoon. I gave him the order for new springs and new openers which they installed in 1-week. This was excellent service above and beyond.

Overall, from initial call to completion of job, I am very pleased with Precision Doors. Excellent customer service and I appreciated the use of technology from confirmation of appointment to job feedback request. Zack and Chad were timely, courteous and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing my garage door issue and offering me solutions without pressuring me to purchase. They simply walked me through the pros and cons of each option, drawing on their experiences in the field. The guys worked quickly and efficiently and I appreciate the level of professionalism they displayed throughout the job.
