Dustin is awesome! Worked on the door and opener to get us thru until we could get a new door and came out and replaced the door when it came in. Great work and a great attitude and all around good guy!

The sales person and the installation technician don't communicate well with us or each other. The sales person should've told us that the old garage door frame needed to be straightened because the installation technician installed the door knowing the door would not close flush to the concrete floor. The door itself is level but because our frame needed to be straightened, due to foundation settling, we have a gap on both sides of the door. We get bugs that die inside the garage thanks to our pest control services and we get leaves that blow in when it's windy. The quality of the door itself is very satisfactory. It's the service that we're not 100% happy about.

We are absolutely delighted with Precision Garage Door. Our door was installed at the end of January 2024, and we couldn't be more pleased. Recently, we encountered a minor issue with our door, but Precision responded promptly, sending someone the same day. James arrived to inspect the problem and provided a detailed explanation, even educating me on the importance of a balanced door. His expertise was truly remarkable. The initial installers were equally impressive. Overall, our experience with Precision has been exceptional, and without hesitation, we plan to return for the purchase of our third garage door from them as well.

WOW, what can I say about Precision's technician, Paul. Paul was very professional & courteous. He examined my garage door and once completed, he explained exactly what was wrong, the needed repairs, and the cost. I was given three options based on the cost with an explanation. There was no pressure in my decision in making a choice. I had called several businesses before choosing Precision. What was remarkable, when I went back to their website, I was greeted with a "Welcome Back". That was not enough for me. I scheduled an appointment with Precision & another business. To this day, I have not received a telephone call from the other business. I am most happy with Precision, and I will most definitely refer Precision to anyone who is needing their services. PS: I purchased everything listed except for a new garage doors.

The technician who came promptly after calling ahead was a true professional. He had taken down the old doors and left no mess. He had the new doors installed perfectly.
