The technician Paul was a real cool guy. I needed a new garage door opener and he explained to me the three different ones he had. Then he gave me a break down on the prices. Once I decided which one I wanted I also wanted the spring to be changed. Even knowing he was on a tight schedule, Paul took the time to do the job. Everything came out great and the Linear belt drive motor is very quiet. The only problem was the key pad wasn't working correctly but that wasn't Paul's fault. So he ordered a new one which will come in a week or two.

I called y’all around 7 o clock at night and the next morning by 10am James Ward was here! He was very fast, professional, and knowledgeable about our garage and why it was damaged! He took his time explaining the problem and helped us weigh out all our options! My husband also had a good time talking football with him! Will 100% call y’all again if we ever have any more issues! James has excellent customer service skills! We had problems with our garage door closing correctly. He checked out the system and said he could not find anything wrong. He guaranteed his work for 90 days and gave us his phone number, should we have any future problems. The only issue I had was that the receptionist (Mary) with the company told us there would be no service call with the company if we decided not to hire them to do the job. Originally, James told us the fee would be $189.00 which was a service fee and and labor fee. I explained that the company representative said there was no service fee, etc if we did not use the company. I did not mind paying a labor fee as he had to check out the system. I did not want to pay the service fee as he diagnosed there was nothing wrong with our system. He only charged us for the labor fee of $89.00.

Above and beyond! The first technician worked extra to get my door working enough that I could manually lower and raise it while new door was ordered. He didn’t have to do that. The two technicians who installed the new door did an awesome job!! Two hours and they were out. They put in all new tracks, rollers, springs, etc. For 17 years, my door has always been extraordinarily loud. You can barely hear it now. I recommend this company 100%.
