Installer was considerate and professional. He did explain everything he was doing as he replaced the springs and rollers and also explained what maintenance to do down the road on my part. Was pretty expensive for a spring and roller replacement. I was in a pinch with the door not operational and a need to get it fixed in a hurry. Your company was very helpful in getting someone here on the same day and actually showed up earlier than scheduled.

I was very satisfied with the service. James showed me the 3 different packages options there is. Fix, prevent and upgrade. Explained to me my type of door and expected life of it. Recommending me the lowest fix it package. Because my door itself was cracked on top and would break, before all the new parts in the other packages would. He helped in a little repair on the cracked part. He was honest instead of trying to sell me something that I would find out later, didn't benefit me. He was really a nice guy and finished fixing the broken spring quickly. Even helped in getting my outside door opener box to activate. Highly recommend this company. Fair prices and won't try to sell what's not needed. Came same day I called.

The sales person and the installation technician don't communicate well with us or each other. The sales person should've told us that the old garage door frame needed to be straightened because the installation technician installed the door knowing the door would not close flush to the concrete floor. The door itself is level but because our frame needed to be straightened, due to foundation settling, we have a gap on both sides of the door. We get bugs that die inside the garage thanks to our pest control services and we get leaves that blow in when it's windy. The quality of the door itself is very satisfactory. It's the service that we're not 100% happy about.

Chose Precision over a local garage door company who told me to take pictures and send them in. I did, then they told me to take more specific pictures. I did. They never got back to me. Precision came out and gave me options and a time frame for installation. I made my choice and paid in advance. The installers took less than half the time I'd set aside, programmed my cars and remote box. I am SO glad I went with Precision!

I'd been having problems with my garage door for months (it's probably 28 years old). Paul Lightell did wonders!!! The outdoor keypad now works. The door raises and lowers quietly. A light immediately turns on when I step into the garage. So helpful!! I am totally pleased & add ??????????!!!!!

The technician Paul was a real cool guy. I needed a new garage door opener and he explained to me the three different ones he had. Then he gave me a break down on the prices. Once I decided which one I wanted I also wanted the spring to be changed. Even knowing he was on a tight schedule, Paul took the time to do the job. Everything came out great and the Linear belt drive motor is very quiet. The only problem was the key pad wasn't working correctly but that wasn't Paul's fault. So he ordered a new one which will come in a week or two.
