Chose Precision over a local garage door company who told me to take pictures and send them in. I did, then they told me to take more specific pictures. I did. They never got back to me. Precision came out and gave me options and a time frame for installation. I made my choice and paid in advance. The installers took less than half the time I'd set aside, programmed my cars and remote box. I am SO glad I went with Precision!

I'd been having problems with my garage door for months (it's probably 28 years old). Paul Lightell did wonders!!! The outdoor keypad now works. The door raises and lowers quietly. A light immediately turns on when I step into the garage. So helpful!! I am totally pleased & add ??????????!!!!!

WOW, what can I say about Precision's technician, Paul. Paul was very professional & courteous. He examined my garage door and once completed, he explained exactly what was wrong, the needed repairs, and the cost. I was given three options based on the cost with an explanation. There was no pressure in my decision in making a choice. I had called several businesses before choosing Precision. What was remarkable, when I went back to their website, I was greeted with a "Welcome Back". That was not enough for me. I scheduled an appointment with Precision & another business. To this day, I have not received a telephone call from the other business. I am most happy with Precision, and I will most definitely refer Precision to anyone who is needing their services. PS: I purchased everything listed except for a new garage doors.
