I had a great experience with the Precision Door team. Denise and Liz were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind on the phone. They got Tyler here same day to figure out what was wrong. He was great to be with and went came up with a variety of solutions at different price points. Then he came two hours before his day was supposed to start to fit me into his work day. These folks really want happy customers, and I am grateful.

Jesse arrived not long after I hung up the phone. He knew everything, explained everything, and did everything. I watched each step and asked a lot of questions. He told me clearly why my old system could no longer be repaired and he transparently presented the pricing options. He was also fun to talk with and is the kind of employee a lot of businesses would love to have. I doubt that Precision is the least expensive provider, but they respond quickly and are absolutely reliable. I would automatically use them again.

Well how can I rave enough. Yesterday I called cause my doors were working slowly. The response was so wonderful on the phone. I think I spoke with Rachel but I’m bad at names. She put me on the schedule for today. Texts followed confirming my appt. Our technician, Matthew showed up on time, fixed the problem in a short amount of time and was incredibly professional and delightful. I only wish that you would expand from just garage doors to other services!! You know how to do it!!! Thank you, thank you!!!

Our garage door chain was not running smoothly. After calling another company (still hasn’t called back 4 days later), I called Precision. That was 10:30 am. To make amazement, they set me up for a noon (an hour and a half later!) assignment. Josh arrived at noon. We discussed our options, and he set to work. At 1:15, he was done with the entire job. He demonstrated the operation and that was it. I am extremely pleased with the speed of the appointment and Josh’s work. Thank you for a flawless process

We chose Precision Overhead because of their great reviews. We were not disappointed. Brian B was polite, knowledgeable and explained many options we had despite our very old system (40 years plus). He came prepared to do the work we wanted at this very first service call. We will have him back in a couple of weeks to do the other garage door. Our garage door opener malfunctioned and we noticed that a cable had snapped. We called Precision Door to repair it and we are very happy that we did! We hadn't previously done business with them but, after reading online reviews we decided to contact them. After we scheduled an appointment Precision Door kept in touch with us regarding the timing of the repair and when to expect the technician. We were fortunate to have Isaac Ward as our technician. Isaac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered us a number of repair options and explained what was involved and the cost. He completed the project quickly and much to our satisfaction. We can't recommend Isaac enough! He is an asset to Precision Door and, if we need repairs in the future, we will request Isaac.
