An appointment was scheduled for the day after my call into Precision Garage Door, and the technician, Jeff Dineen was able to arrive a bit early to address the back-up power battery replacement issue. Jeff was courteous, explained everything clearly and performed the requested service (plus other recommended door opener maintenance) in a professional, timely manner.

We came home at the end of a trying day to find our garage door not opening. After verifying that the circuit breaker was still on, my husband called your company. They were able to come out the same evening and install a new opener, rails, support, wall unit, 2 new eyes for the door, oiled the rollers & balanced the doors and link our car mirror to the new opener. He patiently explained everything. For the first time in the longest time, our door is so quiet. We would highly recommend your company!!!
