Brian called before arriving and arrived in a timely manner. His demeanor was excellent as he briefly took the time to develop a pleasant relationship with my wife and I. It was a wonderful experience watching him analyze the project and go to work. He made numerous adjustments and installed parts that were missing and upgraded were necessary. He’s truly a master of his trade and I highly recommend Precision, especially for the example set by Brian for anyone needing garage door services.
This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Garage Door services. The first time was for a tune-up and the second was to replace the opener wall unit and adjust spring tensions. Both times their service was excellent and fairly priced. The Technician Jeff was professional, courteous and informative. Strongly recommend their company.
I had Brian as a service technician today. I just made an appointment for a tune up as it had been a little over a year. He explained everything he did ,and took the time to show me an app that will allow me to see if my door is open or closed. I have driven away from my house many times and thought to myself, did I close the door? What peace of mind this has given to me. He also went over with me how to open from inside if my power was out( I was without power for 3 hurricanes for 23 days.) Hopefully that won't happen again, he covered all my questions and was patient and detailed in answering my questions. A big thank you to Brian!
