It's the second time Isaac has needed to make a service call. He's as professional as they come, regardless of the industry. He explains everything he'll be doing (so even I can understand). We called them on a Sunday afternoon, because our garage door opener died, could not open or close the door.. 3 hours later he was here, he saw the very old original opener and confirmed it was dead... He went to work installing a new system with bells and whistles we had no idea existed. It is now quiet, efficient, and we are very happy with it, The installer explained everything that was new. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs a replacement garage door opener.

I called Precision for assistance, neither garage opener lights worked. The Service man came and fixed the problem, it only took a few minuteThe service man, Austin, was very courteous new just what to do. Josh was amazing. He was friendly, professional and diligent about his work. He explained what was needed and answered anll my questions. He installed the new parts and when he was done, the garage looked better than when he arrived!! He swept it out to make sure there were no nails etc. on the ground. Thankfully, Precision provides service on Sunday, because we will be leaving Monday morning for a 5-day cruise and our garage door was hanging half-open. Our home would not have been secure. The man who repaired our door came within a 90 minute time frame and had the door fixed in less than 90 minutes. It was a relief!
