Precision Team is most professional. Door was making a banging sound post install. Specialist came and assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem. Made some adjustments to the track, which resolved the issue. I highly recommend this company.

Colton Deeney installed a new Genie garage door opener in Dec 2023. His return visit on April 1, 2024 was to record a new code for opener.. my van was broken into and only stole my opener. Both visits from Colton were very professional and friendly. He knows his job and did it very quickly and efficiently. We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service the first time from the reviews and was very satisfied. Our garage door was sometimes refusing to go down, so we called them even though it was a Saturday. They were quick to respond and the technician, Tanner Lechner, was fantastic! He found our problem, fixed it, and checked some other things. He was very personable, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend Precision.

We had used the company in 2019 for our garage door opener and then recently we used them to replace the springs and rollers. Price was kind of over the top would recommend shopping around for a better price point. The overall work and timeliness was great.

This is the second time I've called Precision. First, was to replace a garage door and add a garage door opener. The second, was service to an older garage door opener. Both experiences from initial call to the business to receiving the end products were timely, efficient, and professional. A great company to do business with.

Thank you for a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Zack was thorough in checking out the problem with the equipment, offered me options and efficiently took care of it. He was kind and patient too. He helped me change batteries in all the remotes, advised me on the right kind of light bulbs, etc. When one of the covers to the lights broke, he provided the link to the site where new ones could be ordered and showed me how to install when they are delivered. The office staff, everyone I talked to was helpful and they generously reimbursed me for the covers plus some. It wasn't necessary, but they insisted.

The salesman was very courteous and explained everything. The installer Craig came to our house at 6:30pm after a full day of work because someone else did not show up to work. He worked tirelessly and was so professional and thorough in his installation. He finished at 10:30pm at night. What a wonderful person. Extremely fast service for my garage door replacement! Only complaint is I was told there is a 10% discount for senior and I didn’t get but $100.00 off but all in all I love my new door

Brian came out early which was good because my car was trapped inside. He gave me a few options as to pricing and guarantee and was also very polite and clean profesional in appearance. He told me the work would be done in about an hour or more but finished in under 45 minutes. I would definaty use you guys again but I hope I don't have to. To bad I can't give you more than five stars!!!

Julian Bacca showed up on time, was very professional and cleaned up all his stuff before he left. He also made sure that I was comfortable with everything that he did and if I had any questions, he answered them! One of my neighbors passed by, saw I was getting work done and as I was saying something positive about Julian, Julian went to his truck and gave my neighbor his business card. Great worker, very nice person and as an educator, I would give him an "A" for a grade!!

I have used Precision Garage door once before when they installed a double spring. This time about 3 years later it was a lube and adjustment . My technician Cory was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing his service which I found to be very helpful . I would definitely recommend Precision Garage door to friends and family.

My technician stayed until 10:35 at night to finish the job and he was so patient and kind. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I made a big mistake and ruined my once fully functioning garage door to a garage door that wasn't even securing my home (my garage door was completely off the hinges and NOT securing my home at all)! They were able to come see me immediately that morning, and gave me a reasonable estimate. After agreeing to purchase, they fixed my broken door to at least be secured shut. It was safely secured until they where able to come back and replace it with a new one. The installers came in and absolutely dominated the install! I was suppose to have a certain space open for them to install that I wasn't aware off but they were good about it and let me move what was need for them to complete their job! I appreciate them helping me in a very stressful moment!

Precision saved the day when I had important plans to attend my granddaughter’s graduation In Lexington. Three hours before I was to leave town I discovered that my garage door would not open, even by hand!!! My car was stuck in the garage. I called Precision and they arrived in time to get the door up and me on my way! I had never used Precision Garage Doors before. The staff are very professional, courteous and polite and they certainly showed up on time. A couple days later they returned and replaced parts that I needed for my door to work properly. Outstanding service! I called late on a Friday afternoon. A technician (Brandon) was scheduled immediately. He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He explained the issue, indicated he could fix all of the issues in an hour, and provided a cost. An hour later my garage door is working perfectly!! As repeat customers of Precision Garage Door we were grateful for the technician, Colin Gonzales for contacting us and showing up on time as scheduled. Uncertain at first of what the problem was he replaced items under warranty hoping to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the noise continued when closing the garage door and leaning toward possible replacement of the panels. Since the cost to replace is a bit hefty for the budget, we are taking our chances to push the can down the road for a later repair. Colin was very courteous demonstrating his expertise and politeness to our concerns.

John was friendly professional and thorough. He ensured all 3 doors were running smoothly and walked me thru the programming process for the remotes.

Joe showed up less than an hour after I called. He quickly analyzed the problem which was a broken cable and a faulty remote. He explained why the door malfunctioned and gave us options for repair and replacement. Joe fixed the problem quickly and now the door works as expected. We don't have to worry about an intruder walking in through an open door. At first I thought all the five star reviews were exaggerations, but now I'm a believer.

He was very knowledgeable about our old garage door, what it would take to repair it, and what we could purchase in a new door if we decided to go that route, which we chose to do. Precision was here in a couple of hours and not only got me out of a jam but updated my 23 year old unit to a very quiet and very smooth unit; a huge improvement over my loud and clunky opener. This is the second time I have used Precision in 3 1/2 months. Both times I was amazed by how quickly I could get an appointment and how both times they quickly identified the problem. The first time I called them because our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Anthony Celluci came out and immediately assessed the problem and repaired it on the spot. This week was a whole other issue and this time it was Josh Danser who assessed the problem immediately and repaired it. Both of them and their assistants were friendly, mannerly, professional, competent and great representatives of this company.

Pros and cons pros got here very quickly to assess the damage and right up an estimate Steven the tech absolutely incredible very professional and knowledgeable did an outstanding job highly recommend him .for the cons extremely expensive 4 years ago the same spring replacement cost me $300 and some change for the same job it just cost me $850 so not happy with the price at all but I guess it's called supply and demand my business was closed down so I had no choice but to spend the money ????

Merrill let us know his status, including any delays, in real time and kept us up to date on his ETA. He arrived on time, fully checked all three garage doors and replaced our broken spring. Then he completely serviced all the doors at no extra charge. He was knowledgeable, communicated well and was very efficient.
