Amazing in today's business environment where usually you must schedule in advance and set up a window of time to be available. ***** Repair was not why we called but to keep in good working order.

I had the worst experience with another vendor through my home warranty program. They were a no call/no show the 1st time and a reschedule the 2nd. I finally got a good and reliable company assigned to me, Precision Door Service. Mr. Chaney provided a service call on a Sunday. He was polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations. This is how a customer service company should be.
