I know it's been a wile since the service call,but. Just like to say that I have been in the service industry for the past 30 plus years.(hvac-install and sales).The Guy that came out and serviced my garage door opener (17 years old)Was Frickin awsome . Excellent experience start to finish. Yesterday was the second time we've done business with Precision Door Service. Both times have been excellent. In 2013, a spring broke on our 20-year-old garage door. A technician arrived the same day to replace both springs. He also took the time to examine and replace the rollers free of charge. Last week when we determined it was time to replace our garage door opener, we sent an email at 6 am, and received a reply within 5 minutes! If our schedule had allowed, they would have sent someone the same day. Tyler arrived on time and completed the installation in about 90 minutes. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and thorough. He was a pleasure to work with. This morning I reviewed this list of bullet items on Precision's website: "When you work with Precision - You can expect..." Our experience has been that every word of it is true.

Really like the 24/7 service, friendly and respectful, willingness to work with people and there schedule for new installation. I have only paid half and am waiting for the install but so far it's been 5 star service.
