Had a residential garage door repaired. The entire experience exceeded expectations. The tech, Tyler, delivered the best service I've had in recent memory. He explained the repair/replace options, provided great information so I could make an informed decision. I decided on repair and he had the repair parts available and completed the repair within a half an hour. As a result of my experience with Tyler and Precision Door I will be recommending this company to any of my acquaintances who need this type of service. Way to go you guys.

My garage door spring broke yesterday (Monday 2:30pm) the door was down we went in the house and the spring broke, my next door neighbor had Precision out to fix his door, he was very happy with the job they had done so that is why I called Precision. I had an appointment for the next day between 10:00am and 2:00pm I was very happy to see at 10:15am he was at my house JP took a look at what needed to be done. About 15min later had a plan and went to work also I was able to watch as he worked he was nice I ask a number of question which he answer and an hour and a half later it was completed. I am very happy with the work I would recommend Precision to anyone that may need garage door work.
