JP came right on time. Called 30 minutes prior. Knew what the problem was. Checked and adjusted other doors as well. Did show me features of higher up models but did not try to oversell at all. Showed me how to do certain things myself. Voluntarily offered the best price and was done in time. Cleaned and removed all the old stuff. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appt. Daryl, the assigned tech, showed up promptly and did a fantastic job on navigating the approvals with our Home Warranty company, then fixed our dysfunctional doors, which now run quietly and silky smooth. Wow! I grabbed a few extra business cards because I will confidently recommend Precision and Darryl specifically for tune ups to full door replacements. A great experience, and I wish now I had called sooner!
