Marlon was fantastic and they were able to come the same day. It too him only a couple minutes to identify what needed to be done, and he was gone in less than 30 mins. The way the track was rattling affected the sensors lining up, and that's not something YouTube University showed me how to fix on my own.

James Craft did an exceptional job. He came out to give an estimate to replace our garage door and did an excellent job giving us all the options available and explaining the differences. AMAZING! There are not enough stars to give. From my initial call and speaking with their front office for assistance to scheduling, professional service all the way around. The tech that came to the house was friendly, professional, and just a good person. He provided so much information and did a superb job at making sure we were take care of. Andrew Kubsch did an outstanding job and I was able to tend to other matters as he installed. He then walked me through WiFi, car, and keypad setup. I’m a bit slow on tech, and was thankful he could talk me slowly through it. Very happy to have chore done competently. And excited that even when electricity out, the door will open. Five stars.

Your expert installers behaved more like scam artists. All I wanted to do was replacing my garage opener and I was given a bogus estimate $1450.00 penciled on a piece of paper. Nothing professional I expected Precision Garage Doors Home Depot can the job for about $ 350.00

Wow! If I could give 10 stars, I would. While we have used a couple of other garage door companies in the past that we were pleased enough with, no one was available to come weekends and I was desperate, with my car stuck inside my garage and me needing to get to an important event this evening plus needing to transport grandkids to school in their car seats early this coming week. Precision Door not only made it work to come promptly on a Saturday, the technician, Marlon, was extremely professional, efficient, and kind. He explained everything clearly, ran appropriate tests, and made recommendations. He also didn’t try to push me to necessarily purchase the most expensive option, but he presented choices. For any future garage issues, I will most definitely use Precision Door.
