Technician Andrew phoned to advise he would be arriving in half an hour, and he showed up on time. He worked with the garage door, examined the sensors, checked the motor, and identified the problem (which involved bearings and springs). He explained everything well, and provided two repair options, and pointed out the merits of each. He then completed the specified repairs in about 45 minutes with no problems, and the garage door works fine now.

Great service! I called on a Saturday morning, clearly not expecting to get a call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. Not only did a LIVE person answer the phone, she asked when I was available that afternoon. As we already had plans, I told her I couldn't be there... to my surprise, she offered a Sunday morning appointment! With NO additional weekend call charge! My technician showed up right on time (and I got a text from him letting me know he was on his way!) He explained my options on the work to be done and completed the repairs quickly so we could enjoy the remainder of our weekend. I couldn't be happier with Precision and the work they did. I highly recommend them!
