I had to get my garage door fixed asap. The panels were cracking and the cables on both sides were frayed. I checked reviews and Precision Garage got many high ratings. Called them on 10/11, and Shane Ince came by that afternoon. After a quick inspection, he told me a new door was needed and quoted a good price. Putting it on my Visa was easy, and I got points besides. The old door was 48 yrs. old and was unsafe for any further use. I had a very dangerous situation on hand. We scheduled a new install for 10/14. Installer Courtlen Walker. He did a great job removing the old door, installing the new one -- all in 3 hours. New door runs great and looks fabulous. I'm so thankful this repair was done by this firm. They worked hard to put me into their schedule. Everyone was helpful and polite Courtlen, Shane, and Breanna at the office. I thank them all for a flawless and smooth performance. In closing, I highly recommend this firm for garage door replacement and repair. I could have been badly hurt had this repair been delayed. It's great to have my garage back. Thanks folks! Be sure to check your garage door yearly. It is very dangerous to neglect this item in your home.

Devon was early, professional, Courtois, knowledgeable. Originally called to replace a broken spring. This door had not been serviced sense it was installed, approximately 15 years ago. Pointed out several items that needed addressing. He showed me the existing damage on each part and explained what could happen if it was not addressed. Replaced springs to torsion cables and everything in between.

Shane Ince, the Service Technician who inspected and serviced my Precision-installed garage door, was exceptional in every way. He and the team communicated his schedule, anticipated arrival, a little info about him and a photo. He was both professional and friendly. He grasped that I wanted to know more about how the door worked and happily showed me those components so that I had a better understanding of how it worked. He worked diligently, coached me in using the new changes, cleaned up after his work and offered the company's services at any time I might need them 24/7, 365. I was so impressed and grateful.
