Both my remote controls for the garage door stopped working suddenly on a Saturday. A new battery did no good, so I went to Google to find a repair company. The first one I called didn't answer, so I call the second one - Precision. A real person answered, and told me someone would come 6-8 p.m. I got a call about 3:30 from serviceman Collin, who said he could be there in about 40 minutes. He arrived in less than 30, listened to my story, told me what was likely needed, gave me an estimate of cost, and went right to work. His analysis and estimate were accurate, and less than two hours later I had a whole new electrical system (remotes, key pads, openers, etc.) for my door plus new rollers and lots of other necessary parts. Collin kept me posted every step of the way and never failed to be polite and accurate. I give him and his company five stars!!!

My need for a nearly same-day appointment was accommodated, and although any company can promise you the moon, Precision followed through at the time of appointment. Problem not fixed! After checking with another professional I found out that "Precision " made the spring Replacement with a wrong part.Result : my garage door door doesn't roll all the way up .After paying an outrageous price of $389.95 for a garage door spring replacement, i have to call a service of another pro, and pay twice.I feel very upset .

After doing some research it appears the correct spring was installed, however, a mistake was made with the number of turns put in the spring. This could have been a simple adjustment in which we would have sent a technician back out to take a look at no cost. I was told a technician will be there between 3: 00 and 6:00 pm last Sunday, July the 5th.I was waiting but nobody showed up for that .Instead of writing back and trying to explain what went wrong, why don't you just come and complete the repair with a qualified technician?

The cables on our garage door came off the mechanism and were scrambled. Of course, this was on a Saturday evening. We did not want to leave the garage door open the rest of the weekend! Chris came over and took a look and figured what the problem was right away and fixed in a few minutes and got it up and running again. I would use Precision Garage Door again. I use them in the past and did a good job. I would recommend every one I know to them. Very nice and friendly to talk to. Chris changed out the eye sensors.

I moved forward with all quoted work as I needed the door to work but I feel I paid close to double the price of any other company. Springs, barrings, rollers and new opener for $1600.
