Precision garage door repairman (Chris) provided excellent customer service. He explained how to manually open the garage door if there’s a power failure. We had a power outage and I tried to manually open the door and it was engaged and caused major damage to the door. Therefore, I needed a replacement door. The ETA was adequate and the time frame that was given for repairs was adequate. Chris did a great job.

Available to come out for an emergency ($). Called them yesterday, Saturday, no answer, same VM. Found Precision Garage door this morning (Sunday). Texted them at 10:00AM. Technician Nick arrived 11:45AM. Garage Door fixed/repaired, in great working order. No upcharge, no service fee. Very reasonable price. More than satisfied.

We got a second opinion on this and the other garage door company solved the problem in less than ten minutes only costing us $75. Thankful I didn’t go with this company’s advice.

The person who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful However, I have been told by SEVERAL people how much I was overcharged for the service (installation of two springs on our two car garage - we only had one spring which was broken) I was told afterwards by several people that I probably didn't need all the additional work that was done (over $1,000 worth) and I could have gotten a completely new garage door with everything for that price! ...

When I called for someone to repair my garage door because the cable had broken and the door was open and I couldn't close it, the lady I spoke with was very understanding and said someone could be there that afternoon between 2 and 4 pm. The repair man came and examined the door and told me what he needed to do and how much it would cost and immediately started to work on it. He was very courteous and answered any questions I had. The technician came out to repair the chain on my gate. He didn’t have the parts to repair it at that time (not sure why he didn’t have the needed chains when that was the reason for the service call). But he said that it would be ordered and they should be back in a couple of days. I did get an invoice the same day stating the cost of supplies and service. However almost 2 weeks later I have yet to receive a follow up call and my gate remains broken. I will be looking for another company who can do this repair timely.

If I could give NO stars I would. I received an estimate and proceed to go with the work order. I never received service on my garage. I have to call everyday to find out the status. Everyone is busy and no one is able to give me answers. Why is it so hard to send a follow up email? Why is it hard to keep your customers informed? There was no service performed!!! I need answers please.

First I would like to apologize for any inconvenience or miscommunications. I was told when Mrs. Reese placed the order for her door on 11/13/22 that she was called and told the original ETA of the door was 12/5/22. Yesterday on 11/28/22 I received a call from the vendor and her door was in stock. I called Mrs. Reese personally and let her pick a date and time for install. Her install is scheduled for 12/2/22 from 2pm-6pm. If there is anything else I can do please let me know.
