I was delighted Precision was able to come out so quickly. The technician was helpful and provided options. I purchased a new keypad and remote and he programmed them for me-even my car feature to open the door. I was surprised there was a $20. Fuel fee to come out to my home for the service. I paid over $300. For service-why the fuel fee?

Install guys did great job. Stayed after dark to complete the installation. Had a problem after a lightning storm causing my gate to not close. Called on a Thursday night and they were out on Saturday morning. Good response no hassle

Extremely disappointed with this company. Reached out at 7:30 am for someone to come out to inspect and provide estimate and they confirmed same day appt between 8:00-12:00. Called a few times after 10:00 to get ETA. Was told they would reach out to tech to contact me. NEVER HAPPENED! Called multiple times and was told same thing. Tech never reached out to me and it was already past 2:00 pm. Thankfully they contacted another tech (Garrett) who was extremely professional and contacted me right away. He came and assessed situation and was very professional and courteous. Except for Garrett's professionalism, I was quite disappointed with Precision and will never use them or refer company ever again.

Cost was too expensive! If I had time to get another company I would. Cost was $1,099.95 for spring replacements. Work was done OK. Tech was friendly.

The technician was very knowledgable and explained what the problem was. I had a warranty on the part that was not working so I didn`t have him fix it. If I ever have another problem I will call you, even though he didn`t perform the work, he was great. I felt that since it was under warranty I needed to call the company who had installed it. It`s a pleasure to work with an honest company Thank you!

The cables on our garage door came off the mechanism and were scrambled. Of course, this was on a Saturday evening. We did not want to leave the garage door open the rest of the weekend! Precision sent Collin out within 2 hours. There was no extra weekend fees and he had it running again within the hour. Collin was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Precision!

Chris came over and took a look and figured what the problem was right away and fixed in a few minutes and got it up and running again. I would use Precision Garage Door again. I use them in the past and did a good job. I would recommend every one I know to them. Very nice and friendly to talk to. Chris changed out the eye sensors.
