Camron did an excellent job replacing the motor to my garage door, he was very nice and professional. He showed up on time was in a Precision company truck and also had Precision shirt on. I will definitely use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all of my repairs. Thanks Precision for sending Camron to fix my problem before winter sets in.

Ian was very nice. He introduced himself and asked for permission to walk in the house to access the garage. Ian did a review of the work that needed to be done and provided an estimate before proceeding. Once he did the repairs he verified I was happy with his work before picking up his tools and heading out. Very good service

I did work with precision for multiple jobs but this service they charged $500 just for one hour labor charge which is not acceptible. there is not even parts involved in this transaction. it will be nice if someone from management calls me regarding this concern on the charge. Thanks Sankar
