When I called for someone to repair my garage door because the cable had broken and the door was open and I couldn't close it, the lady I spoke with was very understanding and said someone could be there that afternoon between 2 and 4 pm. The repair man came and examined the door and told me what he needed to do and how much it would cost and immediately started to work on it. He was very courteous and answered any questions I had. I am very appreciative for the response and courtesy of your employees.

The part in your advertisement that caught my eye was the "24/7" time frame. The part that kept us from looking else where were your positive reviews. Along with that, your operator. She was very professional and took time to listen to all the issues we were having with our door. That was a refreshing change from what we had been hearing from other businesses! The part that will keep your number in our books moving forward is Kenneth! My husband explained all the issue we were having and he was able to not only diagnose the problem but provided us with valuable information about how the garage door works and what to look for in our other door. He was courteous, respectful and very knowledgeable. We wish we had known about your existence sooner. We've spent a great deal of money and time using other businesses who seemed to fix one issue at a time while charging service fee each time! We highly recommend your business and will definitely make sure our friends and family know that an honest business truly does exist. Thank you so much!

Problem not fixed! After checking with another professional I found out that "Precision " made the spring Replacement with a wrong part.Result : my garage door door doesn't roll all the way up .After paying an outrageous price of $389.95 for a garage door spring replacement, i have to call a service of another pro, and pay twice.I feel very upset .

Mr. Salah, Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback based on your experience. After doing some research it appears the correct spring was installed, however, a mistake was made with the number of turns put in the spring. This could have been a simple adjustment in which we would have sent a technician back out to take a look at no cost. I was told a technician will be there between 3: 00 and 6:00 pm last Sunday, July the 5th.I was waiting but nobody showed up for that .Instead of writing back and trying to explain what went wrong, why don't you just come and complete the repair with a qualified technician?
