Friday 05/24/24 damaged garage door. Non-functional. Called Overhead door at 2:00PM. Got a VM telling me to leave a message but closed after noon on Friday thru the weekend. Available to come out for an emergency ($). Called them yesterday, Saturday, no answer, same VM. Found Precision Garage door this morning (Sunday). Texted them at 10:00AM. Technician Nick arrived 11:45AM. Garage Door fixed/repaired, in great working order. No upcharge, no service fee. Very reasonable price. More than satisfied.

The technician came out to repair the chain on my gate. He didn’t have the parts to repair it at that time (not sure why he didn’t have the needed chains when that was the reason for the service call). But he said that it would be ordered and they should be back in a couple of days. I did get an invoice the same day stating the cost of supplies and service. However almost 2 weeks later I have yet to receive a follow up call and my gate remains broken. I will be looking for another company who can do this repair timely.
