Would give more stars if possible. Quick responses when scheduling the appointment. Technician (James) called before arrival, immediately diagnosed the problem, and installed new springs in under an hour. All of this on a Sunday as well. Highly recommend and will be a customer for life.

The installers were very nice and engaging. At the very end I asked if they could quickly reset the code in my wife's car so she can get into and out of the garage. What would have taken me an hour to program took them less than 5 minutes. They picked up the trash and left the garage in nice working order. They walked me through a rough demonstration which also helped. The system itself is soooo much quieter than our prior one. I'm still playing with the camera to figure out how to best use it for us. The app was pretty straight forward. The only item I ran into was programming the camera. However, Precision sent a service man to my house and he reset everything for me. I also liked how Precision sent a text telling me a few personal details about the service man before he arrived. It allowed us to talk about more than just garage door openers.
