I called to get a quote on a new door, Nick was very friendly and professional, he called before he showed up, was very good at describing the options and different was to go. He then did a complete inspection of my existing garage door and found issues that I didn't know about. The price is very reasonable.

Very quick response: same day visit within a couple hours of our call. Tech was courteous, thorough, quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty control board on our old opener) and explained options. Then went to work and installed a new door opener in just over an hour. We are pleased with the service.

We called Precision based on Angie's List recommendations. We are extremely happy with the service that was provided! We had a broken garage door opener. We were shown various options for repair. We chose to not only replace the garage door opener but also upgrade the rollers. Amazing how quiet our system now is!!!

Nick Sager was great. He went over all of the things that needed repair in detail. The system was pretty old so it seemed like a good time to upgrade. He patiently described the options available but never pressured me to pick a specific one. He did a very professional job of installing all of the repairs and upgrades I requested. He then went through each feature with me to verify all were working properly. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone. Btw - my fiance and I were also extremely impressed with the web site and repair technician background info. We felt comfortable from beginning to end.

Not at all happy. Seems like a scam company. Service guy quotes impossibly high price for job. More interested in getting the service call fee or should I take the bait, overcharging for repairs. Not recommended.

No you did not meet my expectations your receptionist need to know more about your work in the field I was told one price on the phone and then told another price at my house then I was forced to pay $75 because I was told the wrong information prior. 0 stars. Never again will I use this businesses service nor will I refer anyone.

Coby - We're sorry that our receptionists cannot totally know what is wrong with a door without being in the field. Our technicians perform a 25-Point Safety inspection on every garage door. Then we provide our customers with repairs to all items that fail our inspection for a permanent repair to your garage door. With these recommendation we provide the best warranties in the business. Unfortunately, your door had several major components that were damaged or severely worn. We hope this experience has not tarnished the opportunity to serve you in the future.

Stephanie, Though we have decided to use another provider for our garage door replacements, I want you to know that our decision had nothing to do with our experience with Nick, your technician. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and we felt he was an excellent representative of Precision. He was quick to alert a co worker to bring samples, and he went out of his way to make sure we understood our needs for new doors. We will gladly recommend Nick and Precision to any one asking for a recommendation. Our decision to go elsewhere was based entirely on design and price point. Chip Serrell PS. Had excellent service from Nick Sager, even though my garage door opener ended up being ok - it was just out of whack from my husband moving the sensor. Nick called ahead to say when he was coming, he arrived promptly, was very courteous, and informed me about maintenance and operation of my garage door in case something might come up again. He did a 5 star job!
