When I realized I would need my garage door springs professionally repaired, a quick search on a Friday evening at around 9 PM led me to Precision’s website. I didn’t expect to be able to have someone come out until next week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I could have it fixed on Saturday morning. The technician called when he was on his way and was very friendly. I talked to him and watched him perform the service just because I was interested in seeing the repair performed. He also gave me some tips on maintenance for my garage door and opener. He was quite efficient and had the job done in under an hour, which seemed quicker than I expected. Overall, excellent service and great customer experience. I would not hesitate to call Precision again if I need further garage door service.

We got same day service. Thomas worked quickly and had the door working smoothly again in less than 30 minutes. He just fixed the problem and did not push me to add on products or services that were not needed, which I appreciate. Precision had done some work for me a few years prior. They did an excellent job at a competitive price. So when my garage door drive quit working yesterday, I called them. They had a technician at my house the following morning. He diagnosed the problem and replaced one part instead of the entire unit. Richard was a courteous technician, cleaned up after he was done and shook my hand. I highly recommend this company.
