Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I had a broken spring replaced. The technician was great and had the job done in a short amount of time. However, for the next 2+ hours he/we tried to repair his broken down truck which was stuck in my driveway. After paying $260 for a spring and minimal labor and then having to spend 2+ hours helping the guy get his truck out of my driveway I will probably call a different company for any future repairs.
