I chose Precision because they have helped me in the past. I called because of a door malfunction. The serviceman educated me on the use of the controls. I had inadvertently locked the door. This was a function that I knew nothing about.

This is the second time we have called upon Precision to repair our garage door. Randy called before coming and was on time. He was very courteous and professional. He installed a new door sensor and replaced the bent vertical track and supports. We are very pleased with his service.
