I have used Precision Garage Doors for several years now. They installed my current garage door opener a few years ago. Yesterday my remote garage door opener failed to work. As it has a new battery I contacted Precision Garage Doors. I had an appointment scheduled for today. Preston Waddell arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to identify the problem quickly and to fix it. I found Preston to be not only pleasant but very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly Recommend!!- I've always had a great experience with Precision, whether setting an appointment, getting prompt service, and having great technicians. Recently we had to purchase new doors, Shane Follis was our technician/installer and was awesome! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and an all-around great person. One one of the doors had a broken window pain that happened in shipping, Shane immediately addressed the issue and had a replacement window ordered. We just had the replacement window installed today and as usual, Shane did a great job!

I had a garage door opener that broke. My tech “Jason Steele” that came out to my house, showed up on time and explained the repair process in detail. He quoted me a price for repair and replacement. I opted for a replacement. He did super, thorough job, he is a super nice guy and explained everything in great detail. He answered all my questions.
