Precision Garage Door installed my garage door openers a few years back and I was very pleased with their work. I recently had some issues with the keypads and remote controls and was unable to open the doors from the outside or hook up the homelink on my car. When I called the office for help, they were quick to respond. Tony came and assessed the situation and was able to fix everything for me in one trip. He was polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to show me how things worked and gave me tips on keeping them running. Precision Garage Doors is an excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have used Precision Garage Doors for several years now. They installed my current garage door opener a few years ago. Yesterday my remote garage door opener failed to work. As it has a new battery I contacted Precision Garage Doors. I had an appointment scheduled for today. Preston Waddell arrived promptly as scheduled. Highly Recommend!!- I've always had a great experience with Precision, whether setting an appointment, getting prompt service, and having great technicians. Recently we had to purchase new doors, Shane Follis was our technician/installer and was awesome! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and an all-around great person. One one of the doors had a broken window pain that happened in shipping, Shane immediately addressed the issue and had a replacement window ordered. We just had the replacement window installed today and as usual, Shane did a great job!
