Derek has come to our house several times, but for different issues. We like him so much, we ask for him by name. He is always on time, is very knowledgeable, and works very efficiently. He also has a great personality which makes him a pleasure to deal with. PGD is the only company my wife and I would consider calling. They have prompt professional service that's easy and convenient to schedule. I also especially like that they have everything on their truck. There's no waiting for parts to come in.

My garage door was making a loud popping sound when opening the door. I have seen commercials and a search on line showed good reviews. I called and got an appointment the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable informed me of problems he saw then educated me about repairs needed. The repair cost was twice what I was expecting but I guess with inflation it could be about average. I did get a military discount and they wavied the service fee. Door opens very quite now and got a 3 year warranty.

Today I had my garage opener replaced. I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. The technician went above and beyond by dealing with existing smart home wiring. While he was there he offered to replace the bottom seal which was badly worn. I went ahead because I was surprised by how inexpensive the work was going to be. I was also surprised to see that the actual job involved a more work than just replacing the opener. Switch, sensors, rail, and other things were all replaced. Also, the bill was exactly as stated, which given the amount of work done was a welcome surprise. Good warranty too.

Precision Door Company was fast and efficient. Within a few hours of my double door springs popping in the morning they were able to come out and fix it on a Friday. Justin H was able to look over my issue and give me options that would fit my budget and wants. After talking with him I decided to replace not only my springs, but also the cables (16 years old). His work ethic was professional and fast. This was my first time using Precision Door Company and I was really impressed.

Derek H was my service tech, he did a super job and told me step by step what he was doing and why he was doing the repairs to my doors! He replaced springs on three doors and bearings on two. Josh Compton called and said they were in the area and were just finishing a job ahead of schedule. Josh asked if he could come on out. Arrived one hour earlier than scheduled appointment time which was perfect for me. Josh looked at my broken retention spring and gave me a low end estimate or overhaul everything estimate. He explained the difference between the repairs. I thought it over and went with the overhaul. Josh Compton and his helper (I didn't remember his name) were extremely professional and I am pleased with their work. 5 year warranty on work also. Precision installed 2 garage doors with openers in 2012 and I am very pleased with this company.

I’m very favorably impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called for service at 11 am on a Friday, and the most helpful lady on the phone had Derek at my door at 2 pm! I was amazed!
