He was great, polite, very knowledgeable on what the problem was. When I gave him information on what was wrong with the garage door, he listened and asked questions about the garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to up sale anything that wasn’t needed. He only informed me on what was needed to make the repair. Once he was able to diagnose everything that was damaged, he made the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, he showed and explained everything to my wife and I and what he did and recommended a few things if we wanted to do to our garage door.
