He was great, polite, very knowledgeable on what the problem was. When I gave him information on what was wrong with the garage door, he listened and asked questions about the garage door. He explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to up sale anything that wasn’t needed. He only informed me on what was needed to make the repair. Once he was able to diagnose everything that was damaged, he made the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, he showed and explained everything to my wife and I and what he did and recommended a few things if we wanted to do to our garage door. This was my first time called someone to come fix my garage door and I had a problem with it for a few months now but I was hesitated to call for a technician because I didn’t exactly know what was wrong with it and which company should I called. But then I decided to call Precision and Nick show up the first thing in the morning and he did an excellent job and get it done really quickly. I really recommended Nick because not only that he did a good job by fixing my garage door but he’s also really gentle and listen to me until I finished talking and replied me in a gentle and respectful way. I said that because English is not my first language and I did experience a rude expression with other Americans people. That’s also why I was hesitated to call because of my language barrier. Anyway thank you to Precision and Nick for helping fixed my garage door! I really appreciate it!
