Review:

Adam C was great. On time, with 40-minute heads-up as to when he would arrive. He quickly evaluated the situation and suggested that in addition to replacing the broken spring we also replace the hard plastic rollers, since those have a tendency to break when they get older, and if the spring has gone, the rollers may shortly start to follow. Rather than pay for another service call in the near future, we opted to replace the rollers with new nylon/ball-bearing rollers too. After he finished installation of the new parts, he lubricated all the joints on the door. The garage door is now working like new. Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this company (and this tech).
