quick service. hate that they charge a $59 fee in addition to repair costs, feels like you’re gouging and stealing from me, especially when your repair pricing is really high. they aren’t able to provide estimates until they’re in your garage and have already charged you a fee. further, they overcharge for parts... charged $225 for a part that cost $30-$40... happy to have my door working, but won’t use this company again or recommend.

The service fee is what we charge to get a certified technician on site and accurately assess the issue with your door and quote you on the exact repair. The springs Adam installed are rated for 38,000 cycles compared to our competitors 10,000 cycle springs, these springs will last you 3.8 times longer. In the long term you will be saving money by replacing your current springs for our high cycle springs, the price of the spring does include the labor to install them. The time between when I picked up the phone to call Precision and when David pulled into my driveway was 40 minutes. He replaced my springs and rollers within one hour. Awesome!

We had originally gone with anohter company that ended up not showing up at all for the appointment and then did not answer or return phone calls. We called Precision and they set a same day appointment, called 20 minutes before arriving and arrived at the VERY beginning of appointment window. Our technician was beyond helpful, informative and polite. He did a very thorough job and very quickly.
