From ordering to complete install was awesome. No high pressure sales. I believe Thomas was the salesman/gentleman that came and sold me the door and explained everything. What would work, what works better,best etc. Explained everything in detail. Installation by Blake and the other guy(didn't catch his name) was fantastic. Very professional and explained the Installation, made sure everything was right and great job cleaning up when finished. All where very professional from sale to install to finish. Great job. Highly recommend ????

Our automatic garage door would not open or close. The rollers were off track and the many of the brackets were either cracked or broken. Cody with Precision Door met us promptly at the appointed time, and after he carefully reviewed all the issues with the door and the tracks, he explained the necessary repairs to remedy the issues. He carefully reviewed the options and the costs, then once we agreed, he went right to work. Our home is only four years old; however, the builder did not make the effort to be sure that the garage door was properly installed and had the necessary hardware to function for the lifetime of our home. Cody was very knowledgeable, and when he completed his work, my garage door opened and closed so smoothly that it was barely audible. What an improvement.

FAR over priced !!! $526 to fix the door. The parts online, exactly what they used, $115 max ! Nice guy, but I would never use the service again. I was in a jam and installing A/C in the basement and had to have this door fixed.

Having recently experienced a significant issue with out over-head garage door, I was quick to call Precision Door. We had a previous positive experience with this company and didn't hesitate to call them. Their response was immediate and their arrival was equally as prompt. I was greeted by Richard and Eric and found them both to be professional and courteous. A thorough account of what needed to be done and an estimate were given. While the cost was significant, the issues were also substantial finding the estimate to be appropriate. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and clean-up was also done.
