This was the best repair experience ever! Amazingly fast response to our call. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable owner and staff! Our garage door stopped working. They arrived promptly and gave us the cost of replacement and within approximately 2-3 hours they were done! How many businesses can boast that? Our garage door had been acting up for quite awhile - stalling while opening, etc. On Saturday evening it suddenly just slammed closed while we were opening it. It was completely dead. I had seen many ads/reviews/Facebook posts about Precision Garage Door Service and decided to give them a try. I went online Saturday night, and was able to get an appointment for Monday (today) at 4:00 - a time after I got home from work and a time that the closest company was already closed. Kody called me to let me know he could get here early, if I was available. He ended up meeting me at the house just as I got home. He quickly identified the issues with our door and, at my request, gave me multiple options. (I was curious about the possibility of updating our motor, too). The quotes he gave me were so much less than I had anticipated that I chose a full rebuild and a new motor. He had every part he needed on the truck except for the motor, but one phone call later it was delivered to my house by another technician. Working all alone, Kody was able to do a complete rebuild and install a new motor in about 1 1/2 hours, and that included waiting for the new motor to arrive. Absolutely amazing!!! Kody was very professional and personable. He explained every detail to me and put no pressure on me to decide one way or the other as to how to proceed. He is an excellent ambassador for the business and made me 100% satisfied with the quality of service that we received. I will be raving about this company to all of my friends and coworkers. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled onto the ads/links to Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you again for the quality job!!!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Blake was not only on time, he was early and called to let me know he would be early. He talked me through my options, discussed pricing, and got to work immediately. Just a short while later I had a new garage door opener, torsion spring, keypad, and was back in business. His work was neat and clean and very professional. In a time when customer service seems to be the last thing on anyone's mind, Blake and the team at Precision Garage Door were awesome to work with. The text were there at 2:00 p.m. as promised. They had the old door and all the hardware removed and the new door and hardware completely installed and finished by 5:00 p.m. The guys were very easy to talk to.

I had seen Precision's advertisement on television but never used the company before. My garage door spring broke on a Friday night. I called Sunday morning for service. Monday afternoon Justin came to my house. He evaluated the problem and explained to me how everything was going to be repaired. Justin was very courteous, helpful and professional. He always asked if I had any questions when he came and before he left my house. He had to come back a second time because he had to order the heavy duty cables. On his second visit, he had everything repaired within an hour. The garage door opens and closes quieter now than when it was new. Great job Justin! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service to my friends.

Mechanics were very responsive . Called a number of times before they arrived to let me know where they were and when they would arrive onsite to repair I had called to have torsion spring replaced which had broken in 2. Cost of springs are under 100 dollars and 2 pulleys at either end should cost 25.00 .. Techs did an assume job which took no more than an hr. Was charged 179.00 from the start just to arrive with a total bill of 665.00 which seems excessive for parts that are under 100.00. Would not use again

The parts used on your door were high cycle (long life). Rated to last longer then standard parts that would be found by a competitor or from the internet. These guys were great! Had an estimate for fixing my old beat up garage door that wouldn’t go up or down at 8:30 am. The door was repaired completely by Noon. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door, garage door opener, or necessary repairs/maintenance. -Precision Garage Door was excellent on their follow through on the initial contact (used their online order feature on their website) that allowed me to select an available day and time. -Precision provided bio's on all their technicians, installers, workers. The technician was diligent in contacting me about their arrival on the day selected and was on-time. -Their trucks are well marked and the workers clothing were labelled with the Precision Garage Door logo so identification is readily available. -The technician that came out, Justin, who performed the inspection/repair, was polite, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to talk with. He answered all my questions about my garage door, the problem I was having with my door (which was stupidity on my part - and I don't think they fix stupid), and recommended future maintenance I should be doing. -I would recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Justin, to anyone requiring anything related to garage doors, from installation to repair to maintenance.

We had so many issues with the installation. Installer forgot parts, installed parts incorrectly, installed decorative hardware crooked, panel was installed with a dent on it. Everything was fixed after the fact, but not without countless calls and having to wait for management calls to be returned. Happy with the door now that everything was done correctly, but wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone else. I was only offered a $150 refund after all the problems and waiting around for weeks. Then the refund came and the wrong name was on the check. It literally was one thing after another.

Thank you for your review Mr. Lunsford. To be a little more transparent for our readers this way our readers. Yes we both experienced longer than usual waiting periods on the manufacturer that gave us the door to install for you. Due to the reason the manufacture has a system of process for warranty claims for product that is to be considered damaged by the manufacturer and not the dealer. Which happened to be what happened for this project. The dent in the panel, and the bottom retainer that was coming off were defects created at the manufacturer, and we both had to wait on responses from them first in order to proceed. Precision Door even paid for their mistakes to help ease your experience. We did forget the window inserts and we did install the handles slightly off, yet addressed these issues as soon as they were brought to our attention because it is important to us that we meet your expectations. We wrote a refund check to who we still would assume is to be your wife, considering this person was in communications with us towards the end of our interactions and not yourself. You then had requested the check to be written in your name, to which we immediately wrote a new check out for. All in all, you invoice reflects a total of $600.00 in savings regarding multiple refunds, considering everything you could pick apart, you had asked for money back for. Here at Precision Door we believe in delivering excellence. Even when things may not go both Precision Door and the customers way. We still believe how we respond and handle these issues are equally as important, and we are very comfortable with how we took care of you as a customer of ours, in terms of responsiveness, and total money back, as well as how the finished product turned out. Justin did a great job of pointing out issues with our garage door and how to address them. He did the actual work quickly and accurately. He has a great attitude and a can-do spirit. If I ever need any more work done on my garage door, I will be calling Precision. I called because I saw their commercial on TV and thought it was just what I needed. Because of a stroke a couple of years ago, working on ladders is not really a good option for me and Precision was a great solution.
