PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF OKLAHOMA CITY

I had been calling all garage doors businesses but nobody answered the phone. My garage door was making squeaky noise for quite sometimes. I don’t like leaving messages. So today I tried to call two businesses one didn’t answer but Precision garage door customer service answered the phone. So today is my lucky day. Plus the lady who took my information was very friendly and she assured me that someone would be coming over to give me an estimate. Within minutes the technician named Jordan had been calling me and finally left me a message that he was on his way. Sure enough he was here within short period of time. He inspected the door and gave me the price and said that he would do the job right away. To double plus that he’s very friendly, very respectful and means business. He resolved the problem accordingly and it wasn’t making noises anymore. Jordan is a very reliable person and he kept his word that he was on his way. He’s a person of integrity. I can count on him. It’s very important to me that there are still people like him who valued customer. It was an easy fix so he didn't charge me. I am 76 years old so that really helped me. I really did have a problem today so I used your company! He had to reprogram the motor? ( I think). 1. I requested a quote and I still don't have one printed or on my email. 2. Prices vendor show me on his pad are several times the going rate. Ace hardware actual springs double set market for $50-100. An hour work from my PhD doctor is somewhere between $100-300. Not sure how you charge $800 for spring replacement. Total bill was $2500 with rollers. Unbelievable. I bought two new doors for a house I sold recently for $3500 Still waiting for that quote.
