Friends recommended Precision Garage Door because of their quick response, repair and reasonable pricing. I had a hung door and was looking at the possibility of having the door open all night. Called Precision and at first could only get a next day appointment. I asked if someone there could tell me how to close the door, since I did not want to have the door open all night. The friendly receptionist placed me on hold and within a few moments came back and said "they could get someone out between 5 and 7pm". Jesse Burns, Service Technician, called me within 30 minutes and said "he finished his job early and could he come by." He assessed the problem and went to work and repaired the door in a short time. Repeat Customer-needed an inspection on a garage door system in a recent house purchase. Wait time for service was negligible. Jack was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all questions and worked until everything was in place and operating perfectly. Knocked a star for getting charged sub $1400 for a $450 top line opener. Even with a full install this is up there in cost. Since labor rate is not disclosed on the invoice, the markup for the opener can only be viewed as price gouging. Work completed was top notch, cost of materials not so much.

They were courteous and had a product that fit my needs. It was quickly installed but ran into a problem with one of the doors adjustment. After an hour and a half the problem was resolved. I called Precision because our 33-year-old garage door has never sealed properly, and the garage door was making some weird sounds when it was opened or closed. When Jack, the service man arrived, he went right to work analyzing our problems. It was much worse than we thought because our belt on the opener had shredded and was about to break. Also, our aluminum garage door cables were fraying, and it wouldn’t be too much longer until they broke, too. Jack was very kind and professional, and he explained all of our garage door issues in detail. We decided to replace all the faulty cables, wheels, and the door bottom seal. We also upgraded the garage door opener motor, belt, remote controls, and spring. We are so glad we did! Our garage door now operates more smoothly and quietly. Also, the door is now sealing properly. We’re extremely happy with the work that Jack did, and we highly recommend this company!!!
