Hello, I’m so impressed with the professionalism of Sahara, who came to my house and checked out the old garage door. She did the measurements and showed me the option of doors to choose from. I made my decision, she gave me the price plus a discount which I was satisfied with. So, on Tuesday 12/10/24 Alex and Dimitri came and installed the door, very professional cleaned up, showed me how to lock the garage door due to there’s no electricity in the garage. I want to give great thanks to Precision Garage Door Company for quick response.

Our opener wasn't working last Friday afternoon so I called Precision whose ads I had seen. The responder said a tech could be here the next morning. Andrew called to tell me that he was on his way. After a brief exam of the opener, he said the problem was inside the opener and would be difficult to diagnose, much less repair. We agreed it would be best to replace the opener. He had one in his truck and in short order put it in and got it functioning. He also lubricated the door's rollers and programmed the remotes. I am very pleased overall. The bottom line final price was reasonable.

This is really a “quality” company. They were prompt in recommending how to fix our issue. The technician (Adam Huston) did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and explaning what needed to be done to repair the garage door problem. Adam arrived on time and after talking about the garage door, that it was 20+ years old, he showed me how worn the cables and some of the rollers were. Additionally, I had always had problems lifting the door manually due to its weight and Adam pointed out that door should have 2 springs instead of just one. After Adam completed the repairs and greased everthing, he had me lift the door manually. Man, what a difference the second spring made. My garage door opener had been working extra hard for many years and now a child could lift the door. The door opens very easily now and is much more quiet. Adam completed the work in the timeframe he had stated and I'm glad the repairs were so successful and didn't need a complete door replacement. Thanks for the quality repair.

Very professional ad friendly tech. Sorry, don't recall his name but I'm sure you could check. Identified a couple of other issues in addition to my original reason for calling, which was a problem with my remote keypad. A cable was worn and rollers were loose, plus my spring was kinked. I opted not to replace the spring at this time, and he wasn't pushy about it, which I appreciated because it is an expensive part. Very satisfied with his calling and coming in the time window promised. Thank you Precision, I will use you again.
