I was a first-time customer, choosing Precision from the rave reviews of prior customers. They delivered. My 2 openers were close to burned out from age and lift force required. The springs were no longer working fully at assisting the load, hence extra effort on openers. Net, I chose to replace my openers, springs and associated materials, getting the lifetime warranty. My tech, David, was extremely knowledgeable, competent, efficient and personable. Outstanding work!

My technician was Brad Riley, he came out to provide an estimate for a new garage door and was very helpful in explaining all of my options and even provided me several detailed quotes depending on which option I wanted to go with. He came back to replace my garage door and did an outstanding job. He was on time, very professional, and my garage works perfectly. The price of the springs were too high, so I didn't accept the service, and since according to them I didn't perform a repair they didn't accept the discount coupon and I had to paid the full amount. :-(

We're sorry to hear your experience with our team was not what you expected, Jonathan. We understand your concerns with the price of our garage door springs, but the other springs you had recently purchased from another provider and asked to be installed were not going to work for your unit. Installing the unsafe spring would have been dangerous and caused further issues with your door and motor. While there are companies out there who might install incorrect parts (even per homeowner request) knowing they won't last their customers, we would never and will never do this. David Eilers was my Tech, he did a thorough inspection after I told him my issues, after his inspection he explained all the problems and what could happen if they weren't corrected, door was old but, panels in good shape, he replaced the bracket that was bad, any that were cracked and realigned those that were not correct, we both agreed that the spring should also be replaced, all of the rollers and also replaced the bottom seal to stop water from entering the garage. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge of his job, he was very personable and the kind of person I wanted doing the work, great asset to your company. If i ever have a need for Garage door service again I will definately contact Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to get it done. Thank you very much!!

A belt on our garage door opener broke. David Lenhardt came out and replaced both openers and replaced various parts on the garage doors to make them safe. He was great. He went over everything, explained our options, and then installed and made repairs. He had help from another David and the two of them quickly and professionally completed the work.
