Precision Garage Door Service gets a 5 Star Review from my wife & I today. We called in morning today. Our overhead garage failed without warning. We called Precision in the morning today & spoke to Karen. She qualified our contact info & nature of our problem. Karen was able to get us scheduled for same day service & reviewed with us how the scheduled service call would proceed & cost associated. Karen also advised us of upcoming notice confirming service call & courtesy call from David our service rep as to arrival time 30 minutes beforehand. David arrived per scheduled time. Quickly reviewed problem with us & events leading up to failure. Shortly thereafter David gave us 3 repair quotes. Good, Better, Best ! We chose “Better” & David completed repairs very timely & professionally. He reviewed repair & operation with us to make sure we were satisfied. Explained the 5 year warranty too ! Paying was user friendly. We are happy home owners. Karen & David “EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS” Thank You !

Brian Hauser came to my house to repair my garage door cable. My appt was scheduled 10 - 12, Brian had an opening in his schedule and called me to see if I would be available earlier. That never happens! Brian explained that my broken cable was causing other parts of my opener to do double duty and that everything was on the older side. Brian gave me 3 options to choose from. Since the cost from option 1 to option 3 was minimal I chose the overall update. Brian explained everything he would do thoroughly and answered my questions. He did the work in about 2 hours and then showed me how to work it all. My garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly and the light on the motor is so bright. Precision Door lived up to their name and Brian was knowledgeable and very polite. I would certainly recommend Precision Door and Brian Hauser to anyone. I truly appreciate the professionalism of the company, customer service and the technician. Thank you!

Love my fancy garage door opener! Upgraded from a 30-year-old noisy chain. Difference is dramatic…like going from 8-track tapes to streaming music! David E., my technician, was a great communicator, attended to the details (which is important to me), cleaned up after himself, helped me install the app, explained the various features. Before his arrival, Justin called ahead and then at our home couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I had hoped our balky garage-door opener just needed a new keypad. But after his inspection, he carefully explained problems and showed, for example, evidence of heat and deterioration. He also said the door itself looked fine, and didn't try to impose a costly new one. When I said I wanted our son-in-law to weigh in by phone because he is more knowledgeable than me, Justin took the call and explained everything satisfactorily. He then performed the work skillfully, but also took time to chat about family and sports. He even detected and removed an old unoccupied wasp nest. We give him a top rating.

We had 2 technicians on site and they were both great. The primary tech was very informative and professional. You have excellent representation there. My only complaint.... a 3% credit card fee. Additionally, probably a fee that should be communicated ahead of processing. I used an AMEX. Would I have saved $50 if I had used a Mastercard? Otherwise, great service!
