Great job with fixing my garage door opener. Jordan was excellent in diagnosing the problem with my 15 year old opener and fixing it on the spot. He saved me the cost of a new opener by replacing a broken gear and working to properly adjust the chain drive and travel. Taking covid 19 dropping a bomb on us all. I recieved my estimate march 31 2020. I ordered a 16x7 top of the line door insulated and upgraded hardware package and lifetime warranty service. I also had a lift master opener. On may 13 the technician showed ontime to install .It was amazing to watch this guy work. This installer new his trade. What a nice guy. It was like going to fine dining as he was so personable and performed like a symphony. I wish i could have filmed it. The tech said it was his first job back since shutdown orders of covid. He was so positive and professional. I am so excited to see what a diference this made to our home .the nylon rollers are so quite and the lift master is smooth. So very happy with the results. Thank you precision door. Give the tech a reward of some kind. Keep him happy. What a professional. Wow.

Thank you for the great service, Nick. Garage door is 17 years old. The spring had broken and needed replaced. I chose to upgrade and also had the rollers and cables replaced along with the center supporting bar. Everything is new and I have a lifetime guarantee which can transfer to a new owner ($150 transfer fee).

thanks to your excellent service my 27 year old openers and doors are working fine . Luca not only fixed the sprocket/cable problem efficiently by installing new sprockets and aligning all , but made other adjustments to fine tune the operation . 5 star .

I was completely surprised that when I visited the Precision website on a Sunday night, a real live person "chatted" with me to determine the issue and set up an appointment for the next morning. I did not expect to have that kind of service! Tyler phoned ahead to say he was on the way. He was on time. He was pleasant, diagnosed the problem right away, took care of it, was thorough, offered helpful tips and was on his way. I definitely will be a return customer.

My garage door was very noisy opening and closing. I called Precision and within a few hours two repairmen showed up. Nick and Matt looked at the door and recommended to replace rollers and cables. They had the door fixed with two hours and showed me how to maintain the door in the future. I was very pleased with their work and expertise. I will recommend Precision to my friends and if I have garage door problems again I will call them.

Excellent, friendly, professional service in a VERY timely manner. Technician was here within an hour of my call for service due to a broken spring. Not only did he replace both springs, he did a full maintenance service and all covered by warranty (from 7 years ago) so it didn't cost me a cent.
